How your application is assessed
When you apply, Peak automatically compares your answers to the employer’s screening questions, and the qualifications on your Peak profile, with the requirements the employer stated for the role. The employer sees your application labelled as a strong, possible or weak match, always together with the reasons — for example, that an answer didn’t match a stated requirement, or that a required qualification isn’t on your profile. The label uses nothing else: not your name, age or location, and not the contents of your CV. Peak does not use AI to read, summarise or score your application.
Nothing is rejected or hidden automatically. Every application reaches the employer, whatever its label, and a person at the employer decides what happens next.
If you think your application has been labelled wrongly, you can ask a person to review it at any time. Request human review.
